SI Hockey Squad Finalized

SOLOMON Islands national hockey team has been finalized for the Inter – Continental tournament in Australia. The tournament will take place in October this year.
Solomon Islands national hockey coach and development officer Allen Temoa sees this tournament as a perfect opportunity to test players’ capabilities and combinations.
There will be a 28 men and women national squad competing at tournament.

“The 28 players will go through a series of tough trainings in order to prepare them for the tournament.
“We have gone through one month of intensive training with more than 40 players vying for the final selection. It’s quite complicated when it comes to the selection of the best ones as they all have the potential and skill in playing the sport.
